COMMENTS
Likes: The ball takes what I liked about the Mastermind Genius - predictability, control, and continuation - and amps it up by allowing those things to happen on heavier volumes of oil
Dislikes: So far, I don't really have any. If I use this ball in the right situations, I am rewareded.
The Mastermind Einstein is something that I have been waiting for in the Mastermind line, a good middle-of the road piece. For me, the original Mastermind was strictly for the soup, the Intellect was a small step down, and the Genius was benchmark. All three certainly have their place, but I felt like I had a bit of a gap between the Genius and the Intellect...enter the Einstein.
Like the Genius, the Einstein is fairly clean up front, but where the Genius smooth arcs all the way home, the Einstein digs in harder and gives a more defined move off the spot down lane. As such, the Einstein is perfect when my Intellect starts to read too early up front, but I am forced too far left to go to the Genius, which never really matched up for me when I had to move inside. Now, I have that go-between ball that can keep me striking during the transition.
All in all, I am very, very pleased with the Mastermind Einstein. It gives me the perfect combination of push up front and strength on the back to keep me comfortable as the lanes transition.
